Master Subscription Agreement

This Master Subscription Agreement ("MSA") is between the Glossy Data operating company (legal entity pending), trading as Glossy Data ("we"), and the customer named on the Order Form ("you").

It applies to every Order Form that refers to it. If they conflict, the Order Form wins, then this MSA, then the Data Processing Addendum for personal data, then the published Terms of Service.

These terms are fixed and published. We don't negotiate them individually; that is how we keep prices low.

Glossy Data measures how AI answer engines mention and cite your brands. The plan, credits per month, workspaces and term are on the Order Form. Features marked "Coming soon" are not part of what you are paying for until they are released.

Seats are unlimited. You are responsible for your users and for keeping credentials and API keys secret.

Fees are annual and payable in advance, in the currency on the Order Form, by card or by invoice. Invoices are due within 30 days.

If an invoice is unpaid 7 days after its due date, scheduled tracking pauses; dashboards stay readable. If it is unpaid 30 days after its due date, we may cancel the order and move the workspace to Free Monitor. Your data is kept for 90 days after cancellation.

Prices are exclusive of taxes. No discounts or custom pricing apply.

The term is 12 months from the order date and renews for another 12 months unless renewal is cancelled before the renewal date.

You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time in Billing. Once cancelled, it will not renew. Access continues until the end of the paid term. Renewal stays off unless you choose to turn it back on.

Cancelling renewal does not itself refund fees already paid. No voluntary money-back guarantee is offered. Statutory rights and express contractual remedies remain unaffected.

Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of notice.

Service availability information is published in the security pack. An SLA and service credits are marked Coming soon and are not included in the current subscription.

We run on Cloudflare's infrastructure, store no raw IP addresses, and hash API keys. The security pack describes our controls.

SOC 2 certification is not currently held. Review the security pack for our current controls and certification status.

You own your inputs and the reports generated for you. Personal data is processed under the Data Processing Addendum.

On termination you can export your data for 90 days; we then delete it within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep billing records.

Each party's total liability under this MSA is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, or to your payment obligations.

This MSA is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction.

Acceptance online by an authorised signer forms a binding contract. We record who accepted, their title, the entity, the time and the SHA-256 of this text.
