AI visibility platform pricing (2026): what Profound, Bluefish and the rest cost

Public prices only, each linked to the vendor's own page or a named third party and checked on 18 October 2026. Where a vendor doesn't publish a price, we say so instead of guessing.

Key takeaways

  • Most enterprise AI visibility platforms don't publish prices. Profound, Bluefish, Brandlight and BrightEdge all sell through a demo.
  • The public evidence puts single-brand enterprise contracts at roughly $25,000 to $100,000 a year, and multi-brand Fortune 500 programs far higher.
  • Self-serve tiers exist at Evertune, Scrunch and Peec AI, but they ration prompts, engines, countries or seats.
  • Glossy Data publishes every price, from $29 a month to Enterprise from $30,000 a year, and sells all of them online.

Profound pricing

Profound's pricing page offers a free 7-day trial and an Enterprise plan bought through a demo.[1] The trial is narrow: 50 prompts, three engines, one language and one region, without exports or API access.[1] Profound removed its self-serve $99 and $399 tiers in September 2026, so there is no longer a paid plan you can buy with a card.

The one hard number in public is Profound's AWS Marketplace listing, which shows $100,000 for a 12-month contract.[2] Marketplace listings often reflect a standard package rather than every deal, so treat it as a reference point, not a quote. If you're comparing against Profound, ask for the price at your real scope: brands, engines, regions, languages and prompts.

Bluefish pricing

Bluefish publishes no price and sells through a demo request.[3] The most detailed public figure is a Forrester Total Economic Impact study Bluefish commissioned. It models a composite customer paying about $616,000 in year one for five brands, rising to about $1.55 million in year three for 20 brands, plus an implementation fee of about $11,000.[4]

That works out at roughly $75,000 to $125,000 per brand per year. It is a modeled composite, not a price list, and it includes services: Bluefish says most of its customers also buy its services.[3] Budget for both if you shortlist it.

Brandlight pricing

Brandlight publishes no price. Its enterprise page leads with large-brand customers and SOC 2 Type 2, and the call to action is a demo.[5] We found no primary source for a Brandlight contract value, so we don't print one. Ask for pricing per brand and per market, and for what a pilot costs and includes.

Evertune pricing

Evertune is one of the few enterprise-focused vendors with public tiers: $60 a month and $800 a month, plus a custom Enterprise plan.[6] Its main call to action is still a demo. Evertune also buys ads in AI answers for customers, priced as a share of media spend (8 to 10 percent), which is separate from the measurement subscription.[6]

Evertune is also one of the few vendors that publishes its sampling method: it asks each prompt many times to estimate visibility.[13] That matters for price comparisons, because more answers per prompt costs the vendor more and should give you tighter numbers.

Scrunch pricing

Scrunch, now owned by Sitecore, lists self-serve plans between $250 and $417 a month and a custom Enterprise plan.[7] There's a 7-day trial before the paid tiers. Seats are limited on the lower plans, with extra seats at $25 each, so add seats to your comparison.[7]

Peec AI pricing

Peec AI is self-serve, with brand plans from $95 to $495 a month and agency plans from $245 to $795.[8] The entry plan covers 50 prompts in one country, checked daily, with unlimited users.[8] Engines and countries are rationed by tier, and more models are sold as add-ons, so the price for several markets and engines climbs quickly.

Conductor and BrightEdge pricing

Both are enterprise SEO suites that now include AI visibility. Conductor offers a free trial of its Essentials tier and meters usage in credits; larger contracts are sold through sales.[9] BrightEdge includes its AI Catalyst features in its platform and sells through a demo.[11]

Neither publishes an enterprise price. Vendr, which reports prices paid by its buyers, puts the median Conductor contract at about $49,000 a year[10] and the median BrightEdge contract at about $50,000, on 12 to 36 month terms.[12] Those medians cover the whole SEO suite, not only the AI visibility features.

Glossy Data pricing

Every Glossy Data price is on our pricing page, in US dollars, euros and pounds. Brand plans are Starter $29, Team $99, Growth $299 and Business $799 a month. Agency plans are Agency Lite $199, Agency $449, Agency Pro $1,199 and Agency Scale $2,999 a month, and Agency Enterprise $48,000 a year. Enterprise is Enterprise $30,000 and Enterprise Plus $72,000 a year, quoted instantly online and payable by card or invoice.

Every paid plan includes every live engine (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude), all 49 countries and unlimited seats. Usage is metered in credits, so a market or engine costs only the answers it uses. See the enterprise AI visibility platform page for what Enterprise adds.

How to compare AI visibility prices like for like

Headline prices hide very different volumes. Convert every option into the number of AI answers you get per month, then into a cost per answer.

  1. Count answers. Prompts × engines × countries × runs per month. Fifty prompts on three engines in one country, checked daily, is about 4,500 answers a month.
  2. Add what you'd actually need. Extra engines, countries, languages, brands and seats are where entry prices grow.
  3. Separate services from software. Onboarding, strategy and managed programs can be most of an enterprise contract. Price them on their own line.
  4. Ask how sure each number is. Answers vary from one run to the next, so a price that buys few answers per prompt buys noisy numbers. Ask for sample sizes and ranges.
  5. Check the term. Annual or multi-year terms, auto-renewal and minimums change the real cost more than the list price does.

Our free RFP template has a pricing tab that asks every vendor for the same breakdown, and the enterprise buyer's guide covers the rest of an evaluation.

Bluefish doesn't publish prices. A Forrester study it commissioned models about $616,000 in year one for five brands, including services.
