Draft — pending solicitor review. This is a plain-English draft. It isn't legal advice yet and isn't final until a solicitor has reviewed it.
This policy is part of our terms of service. It keeps the service fair, safe and affordable for everyone.
1. Using audits fairly
Audits check what AI engines say about a business. Use them to understand and improve your own business, or your clients' businesses with their permission.
You may check competitors to compare your visibility. You must not use audits to harass, intimidate or damage any business or person.
2. Things you must not do
- Run automated or bulk audits, or use scripts or bots against the free check or the app.
- Get round our limits, for example with multiple accounts, throwaway email addresses or rotating networks.
- Bypass, disable or interfere with Cloudflare Turnstile or any other security check.
- Scrape or copy private reports or paid data, except through the export features we provide. Legitimate search and AI crawlers may access public pages in accordance with our robots.txt.
- Resell or redistribute raw answer data. Agencies may share reports with their own clients under an agency plan.
- Use the service to build a competing product or dataset.
- Probe, overload or attack our systems, or try to access other customers' data.
- Track questions that are unlawful, defamatory, or designed to produce harmful content.
- Present our results as endorsements by any AI engine, or as guaranteed outcomes.
3. What happens if the rules are broken
We may warn you, limit your usage, block free checks from a network, or suspend or close your account. We'll act in proportion to the problem and tell you why, unless that would help someone abuse the service.
